  RESERVATION, RENTAL-CONDITIONS

If you are considering a reservation, please contact us at info@charambaud.com. We   will answer your questions and inform you of all possibilities. If you decide to rent one of the apartments we will send you a booking-form, together with the rental-conditions. These include:

  • RENTAL PERIOD : The rental starts on Saturday, between 16.00 and 18.00 hour, and ends on Saturday at 10.00 hour for "le Hibou" and "le Rossignol", and starts on Friday between 16.00 and 18.00 hour and ends on Friday at 10.00 hour for "le Martinet"
  • PERSONS : All apartments offer accommodation for four persons. In case of a party consisting of five persons, an extra bed can be supplied (€ 75,= a week).
  • RENTAL PRICE : Energy costs included and bed linen provided. Not included are the booking-fee, damage deposit, cleaning-fee and tourist-tax. You are supposed to bring towels (bathroom and swimming pool) as well as kitchen-linen.
  • CLEANING: The apartments are cleaned in the hours between guests’ arrival and departure.
  • Guests are expected to leave the apartment in perfect order. The cleaning-fee is compulsory and amounts to € 65,=.
  • COTS and HIGHCHAIRS are available upon request.
  • PETS: unfortunately no pets are allowed.
  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of € 250,= is due upon arrival.
  • ADSL: Internet connection available: € 10,= per apartment per week.
